My father is 55 years old .he has diabetes mellitus ,bp prblm, regular gastric problems. He used to take cresar am, sompraz 40 and vysov-m 50 mg/1000 mg. Though from last 2 weeks he has high gas formation in the stomach, which leads to head warmth and feels heavy and chest burn and partial shivering (jhinjhin). I want suggestion what to do and what are the causes of the mentioned symptoms.

Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. However, except mentioning which medications are being taken, there is absolutely no information on the following : weight, height, extent of daily exercise, dietary pattern, fasting, PP glucose levels and HbA1c% as well as BP and lipids. Without any of those details there is no way to give any suggestions. Thanks.
